School Pride
My school, Linfield College has everything that I could have ever wanted. From their undying school spirit to their green movement, Linfield is a school that I can’t wait to go to. Ever since I joined green team I have encouraged my family to use less water bottles and recycle and yard waste more. Linfield college surprisingly does the same thing. In fact, they are working to even ban plastic water bottles on campus! Most importantly, however, it has a great nursing program. The RN program at Linfield college is one in the heart of Portland, Oregon. It is a rigorous but respected program that will last two years. Why do I want to be a nurse? Well, as selfish as this may sound, I find great joy from helping others. Ever since I was a little girl I used to watch my mother dress in her scrubs. Since then, I knew that I wanted to be just like her. She has been the one foothold in a childhood of chaos that consumed me. While my brothers were in and out of jail and constantly addicted to drugs, my mom was the one person I could look up to. She was everything a nurse should be, caring, understanding and a fantastic listener. She is an inspiration to what I hope to become.
Besides nursing, I would also love to minor in Spanish. Through Linfield, we not only learn the language but we learn the culture. In fact, we also get to travel abroad for one semester to learn further about the beautiful language.
Before discovering Linfield I thought that a school having everything that I could possibly want was only a dream. Now that i’ve found it, I have realized that my dream has finally become reality. Having the wonderful opportunity to not only achieve my dream job but travel to a different country is one that I can’t wait to experience.

Reblog if you thought the lyrics to the song “I’m blue” went “I’m blue dabba di dabba die, dabba di dabba die, dabba di dabba die”
When the lyrics really are:
“I’m blue if I was green I would die, if I was green I would die, if I was green I would die”
MOTHER OF GOD

7044.) Today I got three weeks of detention.
I was walking down the hallway and overheard another guy tell a girl wearing an All Time Low t-shirt that the band wouldn’t want her to be a fan because she was so fat and ugly.
My knuckles may be a little bruised, but he had to get twelve stitches.
Awww (:
For a kiss to be really good, you want it to mean something. You want it to be with someone you can’t get out of your head, so that when your lips finally touch you feel it everywhere. A kiss so hot and so deep you never want to come up for air. You can’t cheat your first kiss. Trust me, you don’t want to. Cause when you find that right person for a first kiss, it’s everything.
